GENERAL
Legion Lock and Cable warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If, after inspection, it is found that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, it shall be repaired or replaced without charge. To keep this warranty in effect, the purchaser (original or end user) must have handled and used the product as prescribed in the instructions accompanying the product and this warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, negligence, abuse, misuse, improper care or alteration and it excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. Under no circumstances are Legion Lock and Cable liable for any loss or damage to a computer; loss of or damage to programs, records or data, consequential or incidental damages. Courier and or any transportation costs are for the account of the client or end user.

WARRANTY ON ALL ACCESSORIES:
Legion Lock and Cable warrants our accessories, unless otherwise stated, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from date of purchase. If the accessory is found to be defective within that time, Legion Lock and Cable will at its sole discretion repair or replace the relevant accessory.
